He was born in 1975 and graduated with a BFA from JNTU College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad in the year 1996. He studied Drawing & Painting under the guidance of Artist Thota Vaikuntam. He has participated in the Hyderabad Art Society, South Zone Cultural Center - Nagpur, Nawrang Chitrakala Parishat, Camel Art Exhibition, Shankars Internatioinal Art Exhibition and many more. He won an award at the 8th International Youth Art Exhibition in 1990 in Finland and a Certificate of Distinction (Silver Prize) in the 7th Kanagawa Biennial World Children's Art Exhibition, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan in 1993. He has exhibited at Sri Parvathy Gallery in 2013 and at Group shows at Lalit Kala Academy , New Delhi in 2004 and at Crimson, Bangalore in 2015.
He is known for his honest and colourful portrayal of Telengana folk.
He lives and works at Hyderabad.
